DeWalt and Aulward Graphics Join Rick Kopp For 2012 Season

Burlington, ON – April 30, 2012 – They say patience is a virtue and for Rick Kopp those words couldn’t be more accurate. With the Quick 32 Series presented by NAPA Auto Parts season only a month away, Rick and his Kopp Motorsports team continue to gain momentum with the signing of two new sponsors. The team will once again join forces with Stanley Black & Decker, this time through the company’s DEWALT and Stanley Tools brand, and has formed a partnership with Aulward Graphics, which will include that company providing printing services for the PMRA, Quick 32 and PBSS series’ in 2012.

Burlington, ON – The 2011 season was one filled with record setting performances and firsts for the Kopp Motorsports team, and 2012 promises to be just as memorable. Armed with increased support from major sponsor We Install It, Rick Kopp will again compete in the full Quick 32 Series presented by NAPA Auto Parts in 2012, as well as get his feet wet behind the wheel of a Nostalgia Nitro Funny Car.

Rick Kopp is going to be a busy racer this coming season.

The Burlington resident competes regularly with his Top Dragster in the Quick 32 Sportsman Series of drag racing, and for 2012 has also teamed up with Bill Leverentz of Elma, New York, to drive a nostalgia-class nitro funny car.

Rick Kopp to take part in local “Trucks to Touch” event

Quick 32 Sportsman Series Top Dragster driver on hand for show at Cayuga Secondary School October 23

Noted Quick 32 Sportsman Series drag racer Rick Kopp will be on hand at the upcoming Trucks to Touch event at the Cayuga Secondary School.

Kopp, of Burlington, will be on hand at the event with his supercharged Top Dragster which is capable of over 200 mph in the quarter mile. He will join a variety of large and small trucks for children and adults to view and learn about, from concrete mixers to fire trucks to semi-trailers.
